Terms of Use

aoART is an online art marketplace that connects art buyers and art sellers based in Singapore.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise through our managed sales service, buyers and sellers interact and transact directly.

We do not own, hold, inspect, or store the physical artworks listed on the Site, nor do we guarantee the authenticity, condition, safety, or legality of any listed items.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our platform.

Sellers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding listed artworks.

By submitting images, descriptions, or text to the Site, you grant aoART a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute your content for promotional and operational purposes.

Buyers contact sellers directly via the contact methods listed on the Site. The negotiation, viewing arrangements, payment processing, and physical delivery of artworks are entirely the responsibility of the transacting parties.

Sellers agree to pay the fees set out in our standard packages or agreed managed sales commission rates. All fees are non-refundable.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, logos, and computer code on the Site (collectively, "Site Content"), excluding user-submitted artwork photos, are owned or licensed by aoART and are protected under the Singapore Copyright Act 2021 and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site Content without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Circumvent any fee structures or direct booking policies if using our managed sales service.
• Interfere with the secure operation of the Site or harvest data from it.

The Site and its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

aoART is not liable for any losses, fraud, damage to artwork during delivery, or disputes arising between buyers and sellers.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed S$100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aoART PTE. LTD. and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or your interactions with other platform users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
